Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for subscription orders and other purchase options on the Mazevo Coffee online store.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, unless you cancel before your next renewal is processed.

To avoid your next scheduled shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date whenever possible.

Changes to Subscription Orders

You can update your subscription preferences (frequency, quantity, grind type, shipping address, and payment method) before the next renewal is processed.

If your renewal has already been processed, changes will apply to the next scheduled order.

Renewals and Processed Orders

Once a subscription renewal has been processed and the order is in fulfillment, we cannot cancel it. This is because coffee is a perishable product and our fulfillment process begins quickly.

If you believe your subscription renewal was processed in error, contact us right away and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once the order is processed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we will make it right.

How to Cancel

The fastest way to cancel is through your customer account (if available) under your subscription settings. If you cannot access your account or need assistance, email our team.

When emailing us, please include:

  • Your name
  • The email used at checkout
  • Your subscription or order number (if available)
  • What you want to do (cancel, pause, change frequency, change address)
