By booking a conference room with Mazevo Coffee, you agree to our cancellation policy.
There are no cancellations or refunds. Mazevo conference rooms are provided as a service to offer you a private meeting room in a public space. When you reserve a room, you are obligated to pay the fee, regardless of whether you use it or not. If the booked time is no longer suitable for you, you can reschedule for a new time at the same location for no additional charge. We appreciate your business and hope you understand that this policy is in place to minimize labor costs associated with room management and keep the room rates affordable.
