By booking a conference room with Mazevo Coffee, you agree to our cancellation policy.
There are no cancellations or refunds. Mazevo conference rooms are provided as a service to offer you a private meeting room in a public space. When you reserve a room, you are obligated to pay the fee, regardless of whether you use it or not.
If the booked time is no longer suitable for you, you may reschedule for a new time at the same location for no additional charge.
